Knockets
Knockets are a new feature we’ve created for KnockOn.ie which we are trialing at the moment.
The idea behind Knockets is simple, we want more reports from the field, match reports from our community around Ireland. Our aim was to devise a straight forward way for rugby fans to write their own match reports on games and post them to the site.
Each week we’ll post a new list of fixtures and previews for the respective provinces or the All Ireland League on our knocket page. Each province will have it’s own page as will the AIL.

Underneath will be the knocket where you can submit your own report from a specific game mentioned in the piece. Write a headline, the team names and scores and then your report before clicking on submit. Your report will then appear on the site and await a rating.
If your reports are rated high and therefore popular and consistent, they’ll gain a higher status on the site and become KnockOn.ie approved content.
Remember, this is a trial and we’ll be tweaking and changing different aspects as we develop it in the coming days and weeks, your help in this area will be hugely appreciated.
